Studio Realty Group, a premier group of property designers, builders & brokers located in the Chicagoland area, chose Monument Studio to reimagine their new online presence. The goal of their website was to present their brand and portfolio in a modern, elegant, engaging and simple fashion in order to attract inbound leads.

After a recent rebranding, we inherited the logo and brand assets that laid the foundation for the aesthetics and styling of the new Studio Realty Group WordPress website design. With their team being a close neighbor at the time, we held bi-weekly, in-person meetings to review the website designs in Adobe XD. Their team includes a few highly skilled interior designers, with discriminating taste, so it was imperative that we create a website layout and design that would be up to par with both their high taste and the quality of homes they build.

Upon developing the site on a custom WordPress theme with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and adding the client’s best portfolio projects, we launched successfully. Within just weeks, we saw a boost in all of the main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)within Google Analytics—especially in the number of inbound leads via their contact form.
