ServiceMaster Brands is the leading franchise provider of essential residential and commercial services. They have been a leader in needs-based services for almost a century and served over one-million homes and businesses in 2021.
The objective
ServiceMaster Brands chose Monument Studio to completely redesign and develop their corporate website. As a brand that has served millions of home and businesses across their network of brands, it was imperative that we help them create an engaging, user-friendly website that helps instill confidence in customers, franchisors, investors and talent.
We used ServiceMaster’s existing brand guide and assets to perform a complete website design overhaul, working closely with their Head of Communications & Marketing to build high-fidelity website prototype that optimally presented their information. Once approved by the key decision-makers, we developed the website as a WordPress custom theme, with an emphasis on SEO, accessibility, mobile-responsiveness, and elegance.
ServiceMaster was very pleased with the final launch of their new website, confident it would attract new talent to fill their very important roles, and appeal to franchisors, investors and their consumers.

The website design
01 Homepage
ServiceMaster wanted to kick off their users’ experience with an engaging, looping video that presents shots taken from each of the brands in their network. While keeping things simple, the homepage also displays key statistics for each brand and a beauty shot of their brand new Atlanta-based office.
02 Franchising
A Franchising Opportunities page that provides information on each franchise brand to potential franchisees. We led with a simple page that gave a brief on each company and a link to each website.
03 Brands
The ServiceMaster brands are the essence of their company. We created a simple, informational webpage that presents each company in a grid-style format.
04 Blog
ServiceMaster is an active company, consistently building their portfolio and releasing pressers. We designed & developed an engaging blog page that would allow them to publish their news.
05 About Us
The About Us page presents the mission & values of ServiceMaster, along with an interactive timeline of the company’s history and the leaders of each company in their network.
06 Careers
A primary goal of the new ServiceMaster Brands website was to act as a recruiting tool. We designed and developed and informative page that also linked to the open SMB positions.
